A representative of WTC will contact your provider when you have an issue with your account. 
When the issue is resolved your WTC representative will contact you with the results. 
Your annual membership includes unlimited phone calls to anyone of your providers.

[HOW]

All WTC members will establish a secure password for each providers account. 
In some cases, a WTC agent might have to conference a call with the provider and the WTC member to grant the WTC agent permission to act on his/her behalf.
